Lilly978: The contract should be signed after the vehicle has been inspected. If the manager of the company offers you to sign papers and go get the vehicle, insist that you issue a lease only after you see the vehicle with your own eyes. This will protect you from further possible claims from the company, and unnecessary waste. I trust 14CARS.com with my trip and have been using their services for many years.
