JT: Thank you, but my dog (Aapo) was only 2nd best male that show . I think the biggest congrats should go to Tuula & Timonan Qiana Qinnie, Katja & Satu & Clingstone's No Or Yes and also Katri & Shulune Imperial Mystique (Moira) Moira was also 2nd best junior of all that day! What a day for smoothies
Glenmorangie: My mistake to Tuula It is still a bit confused in my head concerning "who belongs to" in Northern Europe...... But big congratulations to you all the same, it is not so bad Big Congratulations to Katri and Moira At least, I know this young bitch comes from England since she is a littersister to Shulune Imperial Signature "Lien" belonging to Jana Semianova In France, unfortunately, judges prefer not to take risks and thus prefer to place well known breeds ("fashionable") like (blue merle) Australian Shepherds (whatever the quality of the dog !!!) It is rather discouraging since the Smooth Collie in France is very rare As far as I know, only two Smooths were placed ONCE IN THEIR LIFE on the podium in an all breeds show : Ch. Oneway's Florence Griffith Joyner (2nd BIG) in 2005 French Championship show and Mooncradle Prospero's Speech (our "Flynn") 3rd BIG Young in 2007. This is not with such poor results that the Smooth will be better known here Once again, Congratulations to all of you Best regards, Françoise
